We do not deliberately collect special category (sensitive) personal data through this website. Please do not include unnecessary personal information about health or other sensitive matters in enquiry forms.

• Contract / steps to enter a contract — to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, book work and deliver services
• Legitimate interests — to run and improve our business, keep records, prevent fraud/abuse, and follow up service enquiries in a way you would reasonably expect
• Legal obligation — where tax, accounting, health & safety or other laws require us to keep records
• Consent — where we ask for it (for example, optional marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only where needed with:

6. How long we keep data

• Customer / job records and invoices — typically up to 6 years after the end of the tax year (or longer if required by law or an ongoing dispute)

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.

7. This website — hosting, form and technical data

Hosting

This website is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages (or equivalent Cloudflare / CDN static hosting). Cloudflare may process technical connection data such as IP address, browser type and request logs as part of delivering the site securely and reliably. Contact form

The enquiry form on this site uses a mailto: link. When you press send, your device opens your own email app with a draft addressed to info@iscoldautomotive.com. The message is sent through your email provider, not uploaded to our web server. Once we receive it in our inbox, we handle it as an ordinary business email under this policy.

If we later add a hosted form service (for example Formspree, Netlify Forms or similar), we will name that provider here and update this policy before it goes live.

Fonts and map

• Fonts are hosted on this website (self-hosted). We do not load fonts from Google Fonts.
• The coverage map loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap / CARTO. Those providers may process technical data such as IP address when the map is shown. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Cookies / preference storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies that track you across other sites. When you accept our cookie notice we store a small preference in your browser (local storage) so the banner is not shown again. See the Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to erase data in certain circumstances
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Data portability (where applicable)

9. Children

Our services are aimed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website.
